How do I mark my attendance? +
Log in to the NeoHR app and tap the attendance button on the dashboard. The app will request location permission — allow it so your GPS coordinates are recorded at the time of marking.
Why is the app asking for location permission? +
NeoHR uses your GPS location only when you mark attendance or a sales visit. Location is recorded at the moment of marking and is not tracked continuously in the background unless you have an active work session.
I am not receiving push notifications. What should I do? +
Go to your iPhone Settings → NeoHR → Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled. Also ensure you are using a real device (not a simulator) and have a stable internet connection.
How do I get login credentials? +
NeoHR is a private enterprise HR system. Login credentials are provided by your company's HR administrator. Please contact your HR department to get your username and password.
The app is showing "No Internet Connection". What do I do? +
Please check your WiFi or mobile data connection and tap "Try Again" on the error screen. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app.
How do I delete my account or personal data? +
To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us at [email protected] with your registered email address and we will process your request within 30 days.
